Lawn-Care Service Agreement

Elyria and Lorain County, Ohio
  1. JHD Lawn Care LLC will provide the lawn-care services and schedule shown in the customer's accepted estimate or service plan.
  2. Weather, unsafe conditions, slow growth, drought, or route conditions may delay or skip a visit. JHD does not cut a lawn when it does not need cutting.
  3. The customer will provide safe access and identify hidden hazards, pets, gates, irrigation, wires, and delicate property before service.
  4. Payment is due according to the accepted estimate or invoice. Additional work requires customer approval and may cost extra.
  5. For a prepaid seasonal plan, if the customer cancels early, amounts already paid become the cancellation fee and are not refunded. JHD will confirm cancellation in writing.
  6. Either party may end per-visit service by written notice. Work already completed and approved charges remain due.

This agreement and the accepted estimate together describe the service. Keep a copy for your records.

Scheduling informationService is available Monday through Friday. Customers choose a preferred day, and JHD assigns the arrival time. If a route is full or weather causes a delay, JHD will offer the alternate day or the following week.
